Payment security and fraud prevention
Payments are processed through the payment provider identified at checkout. RacerServices.com does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Payment attempts may be authenticated, evaluated, delayed, declined, or reviewed when payment, fraud, security, or legal signals require it.
We do not publish internal detection rules, thresholds, or response timing because doing so could weaken the safeguards used to protect legitimate customers and sellers.
Verified orders and digital delivery
A checkout success page is not treated as proof of payment. RacerServices.com verifies supported payment-provider events and reconciles them with the associated customer, order, payment, amount, currency, and delivery records before granting fulfillment rights.
Download access requires an authenticated account and an eligible entitlement. Download links are limited-life credentials and may be withheld when an order requires legitimate payment, fraud, security, or legal review.
Downloadable-product limitations
A downloadable offline product cannot be remotely erased after its files have reached a customer's device. RacerServices.com may restrict additional download links or future platform activity when reasonably necessary, but does not represent that an already downloaded offline copy can always be disabled.
Hosted services and managed access
SaaS products, browser access, APIs, connected services, and server-validated software licenses may support additional controls, such as suspending sessions, credentials, activations, or service access. Any such control depends on the particular product's technical design, license, terms, and applicable law.
Account and seller protection
We use authentication, authorization boundaries, restricted administrative functions, audit evidence, and review processes to protect marketplace operations. Sellers and customers should use accurate information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity.
Fair review
A fraud or security signal is not always proof of wrongdoing. Where appropriate, RacerServices.com may preserve evidence, restrict affected activity temporarily, request additional information, or conduct a human review before taking further action.
Report a security or payment concern
To report suspected unauthorized account activity, payment fraud, or a digital-delivery concern, contact support@racerservices.com. Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other account secrets by email.
