Digital-product refunds
Downloadable products, Local Web Apps, software, AI agents, AI skills, APIs, integrations, plugins, workflows, templates, datasets, licenses, SaaS access, and standard digital services are generally non-refundable after download, delivery, activation, or access.
This does not remove any remedy, refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal right, or other right required by applicable law. No statutory digital-content right is treated as waived unless checkout captures every consent and acknowledgment the applicable law requires.
Fraud and defects
Unauthorized or stolen-card activity is a fraud matter, not a normal refund request. Access may be delayed during a legitimate fraud or security review, but exceptions do not permit indefinite non-delivery. Verified existing product defects or failures will be investigated and corrected when reasonably possible.
Delivery timing
After successful payment or payment confirmation, downloadable products, license keys, SaaS access, AI agents, AI skills, APIs, plugins, integrations, app-store access or instructions, and immediately deliverable standard digital services are ordinarily delivered immediately. Custom or on-demand work follows the milestones and timeline in the approved proposal or written agreement.
Delivery may be affected by payment confirmation, fraud review, inaccurate email information, spam filtering, app-store processing, third-party outages, technical failures, or legal restrictions. Contact support@racerservices.com if delivery does not arrive.
SaaS cancellation
A monthly SaaS subscription may be canceled to stop future renewal. The current paid period is generally non-refundable, and access normally continues through its end. Immediate suspension may occur for fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, chargebacks, or serious Terms violations. Applicable mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain available.
Customization and expanded scope
Customer-requested customization, features, integrations, modifications, setup, migration, or expanded scope are separate paid work unless included in the product description or a written agreement.
