Information we collect
Customer information may include name, email, account and authentication information, billing name and address, country or region, transaction and order history, purchased products, licenses, subscriptions, download and access records, support requests, messages, reviews, IP address, browser and device information, security logs, website activity, and files or business materials submitted for custom services.
Seller information may include business, identity and contact details, tax and payout information, product information, sales records, and verification or compliance records.
Payments and service providers
Payments may be handled by the third-party payment provider identified at checkout. RacerServices does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Payment services cannot eliminate every fraud or dispute risk.
Supabase is used for authentication and database services, including account verification and password-reset workflows. Other provider categories may include hosting, transactional and SaaS operational email, analytics, error and security monitoring, customer support, contact processing, marketing email, payments, and seller payouts. Providers will be identified when selected and where disclosure is required.

Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate business and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where required. Not every basis applies to every activity.
Sharing
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers, payment or payout providers, approved sellers fulfilling an order or support request, professional advisers, lawful authorities, or a successor in a legitimate merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transaction.
RacerServices does not sell personal data. The current website does not use personal data for targeted advertising or advertising profiles. Before any legally defined sale, sharing, or targeted advertising begins, this policy and required user choices must be updated.
Retention and deletion
Customers and sellers may request account deletion. Transaction, tax, accounting, licensing, fraud-prevention, payout, dispute, security, backup, and legally required records may be retained. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose. Deletion from backups or providers may take additional time where law permits.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and appeal or complaint rights. Send requests to support@racerservices.com. Requests may be limited by lawful retention, fraud prevention, contract, security, or other exceptions.
International use and security
RacerServices is based in Indiana, USA. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. Reasonable safeguards may be used, but no system is perfectly secure.
