1. Acceptance
By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Non-waivable rights under applicable law remain available.
2. Eligibility and age
The service is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase, create a seller account, order custom services, or enter a binding agreement. Users aged 13–17 may use permitted portions only with a parent or legal guardian’s authorization and supervision; that adult must complete purchases for a minor.
Routine government-ID verification is not promised for ordinary buyers. Verification may be required for sellers, fraud review, payments, payouts, or legal compliance. Information associated with a child under 13 may be deleted or restricted, subject to required transaction, fraud, security, or legal retention.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
4. Marketplace products and sellers
The marketplace includes T546™ products and products from approved third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings and obligations; approval is not a guarantee that a product will meet every need.
5. Descriptions, pricing, taxes, and availability
Product pages describe the applicable features, price, license, and access terms. Information may be corrected, and products may be changed or withdrawn. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes unless collected at checkout.
6. Payments
Payments may be handled by the third-party provider identified at checkout and are subject to that provider’s terms. Orders may be delayed or declined for payment, fraud, security, or legal review.
7. Delivery and access
Digital delivery may use downloads, license keys, account access, APIs, app stores, or written service deliverables. Customers must provide accurate contact information and meet stated technical requirements.
8. SaaS subscriptions and cancellation
Subscription periods, renewal, and cancellation terms appear on the product page or checkout. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled to stop future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period, which is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
9. Product licenses
License scope is product-specific. Subject to applicable law and the stated license, customers may not resell, redistribute, rebrand, publicly upload, sublicense, share credentials, remove ownership notices, claim ownership, or create an unauthorized competing copy. Reverse engineering may be restricted except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
10. Racer Services LLC intellectual property
Racer Services LLC owns RacerServices.com, its original platform content, and applicable T546™ products and branding. No ownership transfers except through an express written agreement.
11. Third-party seller intellectual property
Approved sellers retain ownership of their products and materials unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Customers receive only the license or access rights identified for that product.
12. Prohibited conduct
Do not misuse accounts, commit fraud, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, violate law or third-party rights, scrape unlawfully, or use products beyond their licenses.
13. Submitted content
You retain rights in materials submitted for reviews, support, or custom services. You grant the limited permission reasonably necessary to evaluate, perform, support, and administer the requested work, and confirm that you may provide those materials.
14. Support, defects, and customization
Verified existing defects will be investigated and corrected when reasonably possible. New features, integrations, setup, migration, modifications, and expanded scope are separate paid work unless included in the product description or written agreement.
15. Third-party services
Products may depend on third-party platforms, app stores, APIs, or integrations. Racer Services LLC does not control their continued availability or terms.
16. No professional advice
Marketplace information and products are not legal, tax, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly provided by a properly qualified professional under a separate agreement.
17. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Racer Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any limitation remains subject to non-waivable consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
19. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, security threats, serious violations, chargebacks, or legal requirements. Required records may be retained.
20. Changes
Products and these Terms may change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and the posted update date identifies the current version.
21. Governing law and disputes
Indiana law governs where legally permitted. First seek informal resolution through support@racerservices.com. Unresolved disputes may be brought in an appropriate Indiana state or federal court or eligible small-claims court. Non-waivable consumer remedies and jurisdictional protections remain intact.
